Hi, I’m Mocha
Meet Mocha, a playful, gentle giant in the making! At 10 months old, she is still very much a puppy, full of energy and enthusiasm. Her mix of Great Dane and Neo mastiff makes her a strong, majestic girl who has a big heart full of love. She is eager to learn and will thrive with a consistent routine.
Mocha loves to be around people. Her goofy nature and puppy-like exuberance often lead to her jumping up in excitement. For this reason, she's best suited to homes with children (13+), who can handle her large size and enthusiasm.
However open to the right family but must meet at time of adoption.
At this stage in her life, Mocha is still refining her leash skills. She's a big girl with a lot of strength, so it's important for her to have consistent training to ensure he walks calmly and confidently on a lead. We recommend incorporating positive reinforcement training to reinforce good leash behavior. She responds well to treats.
Mocha is friendly with other dogs but can sometimes play a bit too hard due to her size and strength. She enjoys rough-and-tumble play, so it's essential that her playmates are dogs who can match her energy.
SHe would not be suitable for homes with small dogs due to her boisterous playstyle.
She will enjoy active play time and running in a secure, fenced yard. Mocha will thrive with a family willing to include her in all aspects of life and also being able to be an indoor dog.
