Franklin is living with Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV), but with the right care, he can enjoy a long, happy life. FIV simply means his immune system needs a little extra support. By keeping him safely indoors, providing a nutritious diet, and ensuring regular vet checkups, Franklin can continue to thrive and share his loving nature for many years to come.
Franklin may have Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV), but don't let that put you off. Cats with FIV can live long, happy, healthy lives with the right care. FIV can't be passed to humans or dogs and only spreads between cats through deep bite wounds. Franklin can safely live with:
- Friendly, non-aggressive cats (that are FIV vaccinated)
- Other FIV positive cats
- Or as your one-and-only feline friend (which he'd absolutely adore!)
